When I'm blogging, I try to mix the serious in with the funny, as well as mix themes such as cooking, current events, family life, politics, sex and technology. It's the style I'm most comfortable with, but I wonder if it's the most effective at getting a message out that there are some serious problems with the US and that IMHO they are getting worse...

Does that style work for you, or do you think we should keep separate blogs, each with its own theme?
