Mindsay does have the little plug-in for listing bookmarks, but its functionality is limited and there's no way to really categorize them or add descriptions...

Here's an interesting new website called del.icio.us . "del.icio.us is a social bookmarks manager. It allows you to easily add sites you like to your personal
collection of links, to categorize those sites with keywords, and to share your collection not only between
your own browsers and machines, but also with others."

I've just started to use it, and it is in pre-pre-alpha stage, but it's definitely worth a look.
