The Army National Guard has failed for two months to meet its recruiting quotas, falling about 30 percent below its overall target. I'm sure the other armed services are having an equally hard time meeting their recruiting goals as well.

Anyone want to hazard a guess as to why? And, what's next? Can you say DRAFT! Nice try....
