Now let me give you the jimschweizer spin on this and then feel free to jump in with your own interpretations. Bush is winning the covert war with the CIA. How could he not? The problem with what Goss is doing is that the CIA's job will no longer be to gather and analyze information, it'll be to interpret everything by "The World According To Bush." So basically folks, we just lost our intelligence.
