If I don't die by Thursday, I'll be roaring Friday night.

So I'm surfing different web sites and I come across an interesting link that might lead to a PR firm with close links to some angel investors in the Bay area and I decide to click on the "team" link:

Here's what I find (names have been changed)

Tinsel Team

* Kelly Deehy, Operations Manager
* Heidi Groshish, Senior Account Manager
* Theresa Malory, Senior Account Manager
* Richard McKullikin, Senior Account Manager
* Denis Nelson, Senior Account Manager
* Rosemary Petrich, Senior Account Manager
* Karen Polanski, Finance Manager
* Beth Zefran, Senior Account Executive
* Liza Sanchez, Senior Account Executive
* Laura Swartz, Writing Consultant
* Betsy Trainer, President
* Donald Wissel, Senior Account Executive
* Ally Wales, Senior Account Manager

Team's names are alphabetized.... that's interesting, but

everyone's a "Senior Something" maybe the Writing Consultant is the one I ought to be talking with - she's probably the one doing all the work.

I clicked through a couple of bios but gave up feeling that I'd somehow walked onto the set of a cheap 70s game show - "Come on down, you're the next sucker to think we've got your ticket to the Golden Portal....

So, their Splash Page reads:

One Chance.

As a start-up technology company, you have one chance to succeed - one chance to "make it." Daunting? Perhaps to some, but not to Tinsel Tree. Launching start-ups and putting them "on the map" is our specialty. Just ask CREAMED - one of the top 10 IPO's of 2000 - CrossEyes, Thunderscape, Verstitch or any one of the more than 50 start-ups we have successfully vaulted from anonymity to prominence.

We are not the norm. No cookie-cutter approaches here. Only accountable, senior strategists executing customized plans and exceeding expectations

Arrrrggghhhhhh.....
